Website operation and Google Maps
Our hosting service, Hostinger, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and error or security logs. Form protections also use temporary records to limit spam and duplicate submissions.
The website has no additional advertising pixels, independent analytics service, or third-party mailing-list service installed. The Google Maps embed connects your browser to Google and may send technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own Privacy Policy. Your browser settings can limit cookies and other storage, though some embedded features may work differently.
Google reviews and account access
Feature status: the Google Business Profile review connection is available when enabled by Creamology. The following explains the information it uses when connected.
The connection will let Creamology display reviews of its own business on this website. Visitors will not need to sign in with Google. An authorized Creamology owner or manager will connect the business account using Google's consent process.
The connection will access the business account and location identifiers, business name and address, review text, star ratings, review dates, reviewer display names and profile photos, attached review images or video links where available, owner responses, the average rating, and the total review count. It will use this information to identify the correct store and present its reviews.
Review text, reviewer names and images, ratings, dates, attached media and owner responses may be visible to everyone visiting the website, consistent with the information supplied by Google. Google-hosted images or videos may be requested directly from Google when displayed, allowing Google to receive the visitor's technical request information.
The integration will use the Business Profile management permission required by Google to read reviews. Its website functionality will be limited to reading the account, location and review information described above; it will not edit the business listing, post replies, or manage other businesses. The integration will not request access to Gmail, Drive, or visitors' Google accounts.
Account authorization tokens and client credentials will remain in private server-side configuration and will not be included in website HTML, public downloads or visitor responses. Google data will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Any use or transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Messages, opening-alert requests, application materials and related business records are retained for the time needed to handle the request, administer the relevant service or hiring process, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Copies may exist in business email and provider backups. We review deletion requests individually where records also serve an ongoing business or legal purpose.
When the reviews feature is enabled, reviews from our Google Business Profile are cached privately to improve website performance. The connection attempts to refresh this cache once it is more than 24 hours old, when a visitor requests reviews. If a refresh fails, the next visit can try again; there are no scheduled retries. During a temporary Google outage it may display a cached result for up to 7 days. Daily maintenance deletes expired cached content, including when the website receives no visits; cached content is not kept as a permanent review archive. The owner keeps the refresh token and client credentials in private server configuration while the connection is in use and removes them when disconnecting it. Disabling the connection stops new API requests and removes the review cache on the next request or daily maintenance run.
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
To stop opening updates, correct information you submitted, ask about information we hold, or request deletion, email creamology.prosper@gmail.com. Tell us which request or information you mean; we may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours. We will handle requests according to applicable law and explain where information must be retained.
A business owner or manager can revoke the Google connection through Google Account connections and contact Creamology to request removal of stored authorization data and cached Google information. Revoking access prevents new authorized API requests; it does not delete the original reviews on Google.
To edit or delete a review you posted, use your Google account on Google Maps. You can also contact us about a review displayed on this website. Removing a website copy does not remove the original Google review.
Children
The website provides information for a general audience. Its contact, opening-alert and employment forms are not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the website, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our website's data practices change and revise the date shown above. Material changes to Google-data use will be disclosed before that new use begins, with renewed authorization where required.
